Tom is a Certified Negotiation Expert and Buyer Representative, who led a successful real estate sales team on the North Fork of Long Island for a decade and received many awards.

Tom enjoys an active lifestyle and is an avid boater and fisherman, he discovered the Cape Fear Estuary and
St. James in 2021.  From that point on, he was singularly focused to make this community his home and live the St. James Lifestyle.  Tom enjoys the numerous golf courses, clubhouses, tennis, pickleball courts, gyms, pools, restaurants, and social clubs in St. James.
