St. JAMES GOLF COURSES AND AMENITIES
Golf Courses
Most of the recreational facilities in St. James Plantation are owned and maintained by golf clubs that are located within St. James Plantation. The recreational facilities located at these country clubs are available only to members of the clubs and to the public upon payment of applicable fees. The purchase of a lot or home in St. James Plantation gives you no right to use these facilities unless you are accepted for membership in the clubs or otherwise permitted to use such facilities upon payment of applicable fees, and there is no assurance you will be accepted if you apply. Membership availability may be based upon the phase or section of St. James Plantation in which a lot is located. Categories of membership are subject to availability at the time of activation. The costs of such memberships are in addition to the cost of the property and no refund of the purchase price of the lot will be made if you cannot obtain a membership or a particular class of membership in one of these clubs.
Marina
Boat slips for wet dockage and dry storage at St. James Plantation are being sold pursuant to a condominium form of ownership. You will only be able to use a boat slip if you lease or purchase a boat slip that was already sold by Brunswick Harbor, Inc. to an individual owner. All obligations to you with respect to the purchase of any boat slip will be set forth in the contract of sale for such boat slip and the related sales and disclosure documents or pursuant to a lease or other agreement with a boat slip owner. There are no other promises, representations or assurances, and you should not rely on any statements to the contrary.
You should carefully consider your purchase of property in St. James Plantation if it is based on your presumed ability to purchase and use a boat slip at the marina or if it is based upon the anticipated future construction of additional facilities and/or amenities at the marina.
You may not be able to purchase a boat slip (wet or dry slip) and additional facilities may not be completed in the sole discretion of the developers. All of the developer’s plans are subject to change from time to time, and will change as business and market considerations dictate.
