Team Rosie and Denise began in April 2022, joining St. James Properties in July of that same year. As a team, they are known for their energetic demeanor, combined professional knowledge, genuine care, and a philosophy centered around people and assisting them in obtaining their goals.
Rosie Gibbs, a vibrant and enthusiastic REALTOR ® brings a rich tapestry of life experiences to the real estate industry. Growing up on a tobacco farm in Southeast North Carolina, Rosie ventured to Annapolis, Maryland, where she, alongside her husband Shawn, raised their four boys and nurtured strong ties to the Naval Academy. Rosie is known for her creative thinking and love for her work, embodying the spirit of creating homes and happiness.
Denise Hayes, originally from New Jersey, grew up in the worlds of pharmacy and real estate. She and her husband Bill moved to St. James in 2017, and shortly after, opened The Apothecary at St. James. Denise’s passion for helping people paved the way for her to combine pharmacy and real estate into a unique niche within the industry. Denise brings 40+ years of professional experience to the Team, more so she brings compassion and an unwavering work ethic, driven by her dedication to helping others.
Rosie and Denise enjoy being neighbors, living just 5 homes apart. They value their commitments to community service by supporting many local organizations including “Folds of Honor” and “Stop Solider Suicide”. Rosie is also a Parent Access Ambassador with Oak Island Beach Preservation Society as well as a volunteer with Brunswick County Board of Elections. Denise is an active volunteer with NEST (Well-being Health Assistance Organization) and the New Hope Clinic. Denise enjoys boating, traveling, and time with her family and three golden retrievers. Rose finds joy in her diverse hobbies, including cooking, boating, and nurturing her herb garden.
