Kat Potter

Some call it a job.  For Kat, it’s a calling as she knows a thing or two about relocation.  Raised as a US military brat, her family moved 17 times in 26 years, living in Europe for six of those years.  It’s likely why her love of people and passion for real estate are so strong.

She obtained her Colorado real estate license and began her real estate career in Aspen, Colorado in 2001.  Over the years she developed a flourishing career and remarkable reputation, first in Aspen Valley real estate sales and then in private, luxury estate and ranch management.  Relocating to the North Carolina coast from the mountains of Colorado in 2022, it felt like a logical transition back to real estate sales as that was always her heart’s passion!

Kat has a tenacious work ethic and possesses both the emotional intelligence and the professional poise that is critical to be successful in this field.  She is in constant communication with her clients as they go through the process, and she continually goes above and beyond the Realtor calls of duty.

Kat is a homeowner and resident in St James and a member of The Clubs.  She believes strongly in giving back to her community.  She is an active volunteer and supporter of the many organizations that make St James and Southport such a special place to call home.
