Joe is a native of North Carolina and has vacationed in the Southport area for 50 years. In 2018, he was happy to relocate and call the Southport area home. Joe served 29 years in the U.S. military and retired from the Army as a Lieutenant Colonel. He earned an MBA from Gardner-Webb University in 2005. Joe earned the Senior Real Estate Specialist and Military Relocation Specialist Designations from the National Association of Realtors.
Joe has been involved in real estate, renovating distressed homes and reselling them for about 25 years. He and his wife own Homework Interiors, LLC which specializes in staging and interior design. In his free time, Joe enjoys kayaking, fishing, cooking, and working in his yard. Joe’s passion is helping others make St. James and the surrounding area their home.
