Originally from Dublin, Ireland, Jennifer moved to Connecticut, USA in 2002. She first found out about the St James community through a discovery package visit in 2011, when she fell in love with the Southport area. The opportunity arose for her to move here with her husband Kevin in 2021.
Jennifer has a Bachelor’s in Business Studies Management from Institute of Technology University, Dublin. She spent many years in leadership positions in corporate insurance, working in Ireland, Bermuda, and the US. Jennifer has been able to bring much of this experience and skill set to real estate broker role, including leadership, listening to people’s needs, communication, and negotiation. She is an outgoing, people person who will be fully committed to help you whether you are selling your home or searching for your new ideal home.
Jennifer enjoys many of the activities that Southport and St. James has to offer including, the beaches, boating on the ICW and pickleball. She is also very involved in organizing and hosting events within her community in St James. There is never time to be bored.

Jennifer and the St. James Properties team were great to work with. We came down to St. James for a long weekend only and had a very short time frame to look at properties. Jennifer understood our time frame and asked the right questions on our price range, type of property we were looking for, etc to set us up with a list of showings the next day for us to look at. She was very knowledgeable of the neighborhood and all of the amenities that the area has to offer.
Within two days we had found our condo and put an offer in. Jennifer was great to work with from once we had the offer out to closing. We live 4 hours away from St. James and she was great with working with the other realtor, giving us recommendations for insurance, helping us with the inspectors, utilities, etc – all the things that we were not able to be there for during the closing process.

We visited the Southport area for the 1st time in late Spring 2024, and decided to check out St James Plantation last minute before returning home. Even though it was late afternoon just prior to long holiday weekend, Jennifer spent several hours with us as she provided a comprehensive and excellent tour of the community, clubhouses, amenities, and available properties. Her friendly and professional demeanor, coupled with in-depth knowledge was very helpful and her willingness to answer all of our questions was much appreciated. We knew instantly that St James was where we wanted to be permanently. Jennifer provided us with a reputable selling agent as we initiated the sale of another property up the coast. Jennifer was patient with our situation and flexible as we returned back to Southport in late Summer ready to visit available homes in our price range, ultimately landing in our dream home late fall.
