Hoke Flynt is a licensed real estate broker with 20 years of experience in the profession, working exclusively at St. James for his entire real estate career. He has two bachelor’s degrees in business management and economics from North Carolina State University. As a native North Carolinian and long-time resident of the Cape Fear region, he has experienced first-hand all that St. James has to offer.
