Geoff first joined St. James Properties in 2010 and has been proud to call St. James home for over 15 years. He and his wife raised their two sons on Wildrye Drive, right along the 15th hole of The Founders Club. Both boys went on to graduate from UNCW and Cape Fear Community College and have chosen to stay close by, living and working in the area.
With more than 25 years of experience in master-planned communities, Geoff brings a deep understanding of the lifestyle and value communities like St. James offer. Originally from Colonial Williamsburg, Virginia, he graduated from Old Dominion University and has always appreciated the charm of historic, coastal living.
He and his family love the laid-back lifestyle of Southport and enjoy taking advantage of everything Brunswick County has to offer—especially the beaches. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him out on the golf course in St. James, boating along the Intracoastal, or casting a line for a little fishing.
