Gail has served the St. James community as a real estate agent since 2016. As a native of Michigan and a graduate of Northwood University, Gail holds a Master’s Degree from Central Michigan University. Gail has earned several education-based real estate designations needed to help you sell your home or find your dream home.
Gail had a 35 year career at General Motors, Delphi with the last 10 years in sales. Now serving the community is important to her. She enjoys donating her time with the Gardening Club and to help SOAR, Bikes for Kids, and the Purple Bow Campaign—and she also serves on the Grievance Committee for the Brunswick County Association of Realtors.
Gail is known for her skills as a negotiator with talent for evaluating the market value and physical condition of specific properties. To provide her sellers with a short market time and a high sale price, she networks with her colleagues and helps the seller stage their home if necessary.
For buyers, Gail listens carefully to help them identify their needs and match them with the perfect home to fit their individual goals.

We highly recommend Gail Lendvoyi if you are selling your home in St. James. Gail knows the St. James market better than anyone. She didn't price our house just on comps, she priced it based on it's features and what she thought she could sell it for. When she gave us her recommended listing price we felt it was too high, and questioned her because of other comps we saw. She looked us in the eye and said: "There are no comps comparable to the features in your home. I think I can sell it for more than that." And she did! Her marketing plan was very well done and her communication was excellent. The decision to go with Gail was the best decision we made.
