Debi joined St. James as a real estate agent and now is the Broker In Charge of the Harborside Sales Office. Prior to joining St. James, Debi lived in the Charlotte/Lake Norman area since the late ’80s. She is proud to have earned the title of Lake Norman Golf & Waterfront Expert. In 2012 she represented a buyer in the purchase of Chateau Lyon, which was at that time the most expensive home ever built on Lake Norman.
In 2021 Debi expanded her business model to include Southport and surrounding areas. As a graduate of the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing, she earned the title of Certified Luxury Home Marketing. On September 15th, 2023 she closed the most expensive ever home on MLS in Southport, NC.
When not selling fine properties, Debi enjoys hot yoga, boating, and golfing. She and her partner Barry have put down roots in the Southport community.
