David grew up in Staten Island, New York, served a 24-military career (14 years Air Force Non-Commissioned Officer & 10 years Navy Commissioned Officer), received his MBA/MHA from the University of Houston and retired from the Navy in 2004, as a Lieutenant Commander (04) Health Care Administrator.

David pursued his second career as a Real Estate Broker specializing in developer-owned lifestyle residential sales. In 2005, David joined the sales team at Daniel Island Real Estate, Charleston SC and then in 2014 David joined the sales team at St James Properties. David relocated to the Wilmington/Southport area and fell in love with the coastal lifestyle and the warmth of the residents who chose to live in St James Plantation.

David has the personal and professional experience of building, buying, and selling properties. This experience helps him to appreciate the mindset of prospective buyers in St James Plantation. Also, when David shows properties, he utilizes his acquired knowledge to point out architectural features and other important finish details that demonstrate the craftmanship of the various builders.
