We had just sold our house in California and were committed to moving to St. James. You set aside an entire weekend to show us 20+ houses. You were extremely patient and answered all of our questions. When Nancy saw a "coming soon" listing pop up on Saturday, you investigated to see if we could view the house on Sunday before we flew back to California on Monday. You found out the house could not be viewed before Monday when it officially went on market. Not to be deterred, you spoke with the listing agent and arranged a 12:01am Monday showing. This had to be a first! Turned out we liked the house and through your foresight had an offer ready to send. But it doesn't end there. You were extremely helpful and available during the closing process. You even recommended a moving company which we ultimately chose to move us cross country.

Sheryl and I planned a three day house-hunting trip to St James with the intent of buying a house or a piece of land with a builder. We had several discussions with Bill about our criteria before we arrived. It was a whirlwind trip and Bill lined it all up very well. He had established schedules for viewing properties and meetings with builders. We viewed 8-9 houses, 6-7 pieces of land, and met with two builders. We bought our forever home before we left on the third day! Great job by Bill helping us find our new home.
