Lisa Nieves

Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Lisa began her career in real estate in 2015 by working in real estate with a local firm before joining St. James, She now works exclusively as a seller’s agent.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Illustration and Design and spent 17 years successfully running her own business.

Lisa received her designation of Real Estate Negotiation Expert Certification in 2020. Lisa and her husband David Nieves (also St. James Real Estate Agent) purchased a 1940’s colonial home in Wilmington and completely remodeled. In 2020, the home was used to film the Hallmark Movie, USS Christmas. Lisa’s interior design, graphic design, illustration, and architecture background helps her clients with staging to optimize results.
