Boating is made easy with the Dry Stack storage. Just a phone call and your boat will be in the water ready for you! After a day on the ICW, your boat will be rinsed, engines flushed and placed back in D-79 which is on the second rack. This Dry Stack can accomodate a boat with a height of 10'6'', length of 29' and weighing up to 10,000 lbs. The St James Marina is a full service marina and amenities include Beacon 315 Restaurant and Tiki Bar and The Apothecary Pharmacy and Boutique. You do not have to be a resident to own a Dry Stack.
