This dry stack makes boating a pleasure. With one phone call your boat will be in the water waiting for you. When you’re done for the day, you just leave the boat at the common dock and it will be retrieved by the marina staff, washed from the rub-rail down and the motors flushed with fresh water. The dry stack is located inside the boat house and is available for immediate occupancy. Accommodates boats up to 29′ long, 11′ beam, weight up to 10,000 lbs, and a height of 10’6”. The St James Marina is a full-service marina with fuel/pump-out station and is home to stores and a restaurant plus tiki bar. You don’t have to be a St James property owner to purchase this dry stack.
