St. James offers two fitness centers, 81 holes of golf and tennis courts galore – take advantage! There are also a number of fitness classes offered at St. James year round.

The Intracoastal Waterway runs right along St. James Plantation and the ocean is minutes away.  The brisk air will keep you awake and alert on otherwise dull mornings. Just adding some extra walking to your everyday routine will do wonders. Instead of driving to see your friend around the block, bundle up with a travel mug of cocoa and stroll on over. And if you can’t find a reason to walk just to walk or jog then try a bike ride with friends.
