Howie received his NC Real Estate License in 1992 and has worked at St. James since 2015. He grew up in Hillsborough NC and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 1990.

Howie can represent both buyers and sellers while working with his Teammate Natalie Smith. He has been one of the 3 top buyer’s agents over the last 8 years, which means he knows how to help you find the perfect home!

When Howie isn’t helping clients, he loves spending time at the clubs, mingling with other members, socializing with friends, golfing—he’s even a member of MGA!
