Dave Poletti

Dave Poletti has been with St. James since 1997. Previously he worked as an agent for Tidewater Real Estate, where he successfully launched the marketing division for the community.

Dave built a house in St. James in 2000 with his wife Sharon and raised two boys, Brandan, and Austin. Dave is elated to have the opportunity to work and live in St. James. He enjoys working with people, making connections, and building relationships—and he says there’s no better place to do those things than in St. James! He’s also a member of the Service Club, which is one of the most active clubs in the community.
