Chris has lived and worked in the Southport area since 2016 and is happy to call St. James home!

Chris’s family has enjoyed the coastal lifestyle, amazing food, and friendly people of the area.

Chris can relate to people from the northeast as he is from that area too! He has a diverse background including banking, lending, mortgage, and sales. He holds a master’s degree in business administration and has obtained GRI & ABR® designations from the National Association of Realtors®.

Chris knows the area well and can get you into your dream home as easily as possible—and helps his clients transition to the lifestyle opportunities of coastal North Carolina.
